HOW TO CLEANSE YOURSELF

I think it's safe to say that we all have been here; looking at ways to have a lifestyle cleanse. I'm going to tell you all about how I have a lifestyle cleanse and how it helped me become a better, happier and healthier self.

Basically, for the past 3 years I was around negative energy that was taking a toll on my life. I wasn't enjoying things that I used to and I was severely depressed and full of anxiety. The things that I used to fully enjoy and always made me laugh, smile and cry happy tears, wasn't doing anything for me anymore - in fact, it was making me much worse.

I couldn't figure out what it was that changed. I couldn't figure out why I was suddenly feeling this way. Then one day, on the 25th December 2018 - it clicked what I had to do and why I had to do it.

Starting off, I already knew before the 25th December 2018 what it was that was making my life miserable, but on that date, I finally took charge and got rid of EVERY negative energy.

So let's start off with what I started to do and how I did it.

1. Write down everything that once made you happy.
I know this may sound dumb, but trust me, it works. Write down every single detail of what once made you happy and why it made you happy - even add photos if that helps. It doesn't have to be on paper, it can be on a laptop, PC, mobile phone or tablet. Anything that helps you and where you know you won't lose it.

2. Start drinking AT LEAST 5 cups of water a day.
Again, I know this may sound dumb, but water helps cleanse out your body. It helps with brain activity (increasing brain power), knowledge, helps get rid of fatigue and so on and so fourth. It helps. It also helps with your skin, promotes weight management and weight loss, flushes out all the toxins in your body, etc. It really does help.

3. Have a break from Social Media.
Without knowing, social media honestly knocks everyone's confidence and is filled with all sorts of negative energy. If it's not people arguing on Facebook, it's celebrities arguing on Twitter and then looking at the latest Kardashian Scandal in the media. All that negative energy just isn't needed.

4. Spend less time on your phone.
Again, I know this may sound dumb, but instead of looking at your phone and watching whatever cat videos, or the most recent James Charles video and Logan Paul drama that is out, try looking at the world with your own eyes and not through a screen. Hypocritical seeing as I have a YouTube channel and constantly promote it (ikr). But honestly, try slowly decreasing your phone time by 1 hour a day, until you can fully have a break and spend around an hour after school or work to just rest and then watch whatever you want and catch up with celebrities and/or influencer's life.

5. Eat more healthier food!
This one worked a treat for me! I never really ate constant junk food, but I cut down by quite and ate more food in short amount of breaks, instead of having big meals every 5 hours. Eat smaller portions every 2 hours. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack. 6 step foods. With this, also cut out or drink less of fizzy pops, change your coffee or tea for decaf and you'll start to notice the difference almost immediately.

6. GET RID OF THE NEGATIVE ENERGY THAT YOU FOUND.
Once you've started to live your life through your eyes and your phone, you should've figured out if it's a lifestyle choice or friendship/relationship that is feeding you negativity. Once you've figured it out, get rid of it and don't look back - it'll be the best damn thing you've ever done - trust me!

7. Be Happy
Once you've done all of the above, you'll realise just how  much happier you will be. This will honestly be one of the best experiences you'll do.

My personal experience, I knew from the beginning of 2017 what the negative energy was and I held on to it for so long, because I was scared of what the person would do. I once confronted an old friend about something and they said they almost killed themselves - I stayed because I was scared that they would hurt themself. I shouldn't have had to live like that. I would get constant sly remarks, I was always made to feel bad about myself and the way I looked. It was a horrible feeling, but I finally got rid of them on Christmas Day 2018, it was a really good present that I gave to myself.

During that time, I'd already began my cleanse around a month ago beforehand and the final thing on Christmas Day took a massive weight off my shoulders and it honestly felt so good. It was honestly one of the best feelings in the world.

Don't take any longer holding back on giving yourself a cleanse, you'll realise that it will be one of the best things that you ever do.
