#100HappyDays Relaunch | SHANNEN



The time has come around again where I am relaunching my own #100HappyDays! Yay!

I didn't actually create this, I'm not really sure who did... If you know, please let me know!

If no one actually already knows, I suffer from really bad anxiety and I do in fact have depression, but my anxiety is a lot worse. I can just be sat down and next thing I know, I'm having a massive breakdown and feeling really low - great, huh?

For the past 3 years, I've just been on and off with my anxiety & depression. I was in and out of the doctors and hospital, and even had therapy sessions - they did work! If you haven't already checked out my blogpost about this, click here.

So, I did a #100HappyDays in 2015 and it actually helped me feel better and a couple others tried it out too and they told me it did work for them!

I've been feeling really crappy lately and I'm happy that I'll be relaunching this.

For the next 100 Days, I'll be doing a challenge where I take a photo and write a blogpost about my day and keeping you all informed about what's going on.
